The DR. SENBERT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS GMBH was founded in 1996 by Dr.-Ing. Eugen Senbert.
He collected previously as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft experience in the development of CAD software and design of construction processes. As a manager of Carl Zeiss AG, he expanded his professional experience in personnel management, factory planning, reorganization of production and design of information processes. This acquired in 15 years of expertise was the basis for its services: Optimization of business processes and the monitoring of the implementation measures derived therefrom.
In 1998 the
purchase of a long-standing established Stuttgart Recruiters and its integration into the company took place. With the acquired methods
competence, the aim was to be able to consider the human component in the comprehensive optimization of business processes.
Establishment of a branch office in Stuttgart.
In 2000, the first international project was successfully carried out. Search and preselection of a manager for a plant in Hungary of a major German automotive supplier (approximately 20,000 employees)
In 2001, the first succession of owner-run wholesale was configured. As specified by the Seniors discussions were prepared in the family circle and result oriented moderates.
In 2002, the first sale of an owner-run supply operation for complex large parts of machine has been configured. The entire transaction of the selection and targeting of potential prospects, the development of templates moderating discussions to concrete negotiations was accompanied by us and coordinated.
